Directions for use

• Hair : apply with a gentle massage to the scalp, leave on for 15 to 30 minutes then rinse with a mild shampoo.
• Toning massage : massage onto the skin mixed with another, softer vegetable oil (e.g. jojoba, coconut).
• Skin : Use a small amount to nourish and protect.
